Wellness Tip - Squash
Squash Chart - Click Here!
This is an excellent chart from the health.com website. I never know what to do with squash so I rarely buy it. This not only shows pictures so you know which squash to use, but has tips for easy ways to prepare it.

Cool chart. I love squash. Really. One of my favorite ways to prepare it is to boil a whole spaghetti squash, scoop out the seeds, and then use a fork to remove the strands of squash inside. I serve it with spaghetti sauce on top. My husband is gluten-intolerant so this solves the problem of spaghetti noodles, plus it’s low in calories so it fits my Weight Watchers program. Oh- and it tastes great- always a plus!

I love it that way too. I also like to do the same and then bake it like a caserole with many different toppings.

Thank you for sharing this great chart with us! I have used it as reference several times. I have printed it out to give to my daughters at their request.
