WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH DISCOVER STATION
If you have a problem with DiscoverStation you can always call them direct. In fact, I suggest that you do this first. They will e-mail me to let me know that you have put in a problem ticket and what they are doing to resolve it.
The number for DiscoverStation is on the back cover of the handbook that each branch received.
If you have problems such as continually needing to reboot the system or one particular station locks up, I would call them.
If the problem is with software then you need to contact Mindy. The first thing I suggest doing if a customer is having a problem accessing something is to remove the filtering. You might have to do this twice for it to take effect. If this does not work I can try to help over the phone.
