1) Everyone should be printing fine except for Silt which can only print from one station. If this is not correct or it changes please let DiscoverStation know and let me know too.
2) I have changed the filtering and I am hoping that this has fixed the problem with Yahoo and other web based e-mail programs. If this is not the case please let me know. Also if you have to remove the filtering so someone can get into a website that is definately not pornography please let me know the website address so I can add it to the “white list” and it will no longer be filtered out.
3) Headphones: I am going to get some adapters so that we can use the headphones that we have. If we don’t attach the headphones to the station permanently, someone will have to go into the computer each time a customer wants to use headphones and tweak something. I don’t think this is a good option. So I am thinking that we should put headphones onto two stations at each branch and leave those open for users who want headphones. If we find more users want headphones we can add them to other stations. They need to be glued into the USB port on the keyboard so that leaves only the two USB ports on the monitors for users to access. We can talk about this more at the branch managers meeting and maybe have one set so we can all try it out and see how cool it is ;0)

Parachute needs two adaptors. I think most people will want headphones simply to cut down on the background noise from the front door.
