There is now an easier way to access DiscoverAssist. BUT, you have to do it from a DiscoverStation rather than from a circulation computer (which may be a problem if all of your stations are being used.)

Login to a station and go to the Internet.
Put in the following address: http://localhost/gui.php
You will see the normal Login and Password. After you enter them you will see DiscoverAssist for your branch.
I have tried this at two branches now and it works really well. There is no delay and all stations can be seen.
Please try this so you feel comfortable with it and so I know that it works at your branch.

This is just a short term solution while they try and figure out why DiscoverAssist is not working on our circulation computers like it should.
